How will you staff our account?

As an EmPower or Co-Managed client, EpiOn assigns an entire US-based team to your account. There will be a dedicated Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) who does nothing but audit a portion of your IT environment against our Measurably Better IT Framework every month. Your dedicated Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) meets with you quarterly to review the MBIT Scorecard and align your IT to your business strategy. Your Centralized Services engineer monitors your environment and proactively manages all IT policies and security applications. EmPower clients also get a dedicated Help Desk team that knows your users and environment. Last, we allocate Professional Service engineers to your account for PC setups or other special projects when needed. Each member of your account team is a polished business professional with strong interpersonal skills.
