If we switch to EpiOn, what does the transition process look like?

We do everything possible to make the transition to EpiOn seamless for you and your team. Upon signing, EpiOn assigns a dedicated project manager to oversee your onboarding process. They will immediately engage in a pre-onboarding call with your existing IT team to establish a timeline and coordinate the handoff of documentation, passwords, and other information about your environment.

The onboarding process takes 30 days and should be scheduled so that there is a one-month overlap with your outgoing IT team. In the first 14 days, we install our IT security and monitoring suite, document your environment, and perform an initial assessment of your IT health and security. On day 15, for EmPower clients, we begin helpdesk support for your end users. Should we have any questions for your outgoing team, they are still there for EpiOn to consult. By day 30, the knowledge transfer is complete, and your outgoing IT team has been offboarded. Sometimes outgoing IT firms can be less than gracious about the transition process. If need be, EpiOn will support you from day 1.
