It All Begins With A Reliable Backup

SAFE is an automated backup solution that runs continuously to ensure that you always have multiple, off-site copies of your data.

Our managed programs take periodic “snapshots” of your servers to create an exact replica image of the operating system, applications, files, folders, permissions and settings. We can start with a blank hard drive and restore your server to exactly the point in time of the last snapshot.

EpiOn IT takes responsibility for monitoring the success or failure of each backup and resolving any issues. We also periodically do manual tests of your backup to be certain your data is recoverable. You will receive daily reports on each backup and monthly reports that validate our review and testing of the entire process.

More Than a Backup… You Need Disaster Recovery

SAFE’s Managed +DR service takes your backup and wraps a disaster recovery solution around it. Each night, your backups are tested and prepared for a near instant recovery.

Managed +DR consolidates your incremental backups into a single image to speed up the recovery process. We also boot each of your servers from the latest backup and take a screen shot to prove that they are ready to go.

Managed +DR also includes our Cloud Virtual Server solutions. If your physical server fails, we can launch cloud-based replicas from the last snapshot within minutes. All of your applications and data appear exactly as they did on the physical server and users are able to continue regular operations while you repair or replace your physical servers.

If your Internet connection will not support a cloud-based solution, we also offer an onsite +DR appliance with the same functionality.
