Don's entrepreneurial journey began at age 14 when he launched his first business from his parents' basement. Since then, he has helped start and grow five companies and has spent his career helping organizations leverage technology to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term growth. Throughout his career, Don has worked with nearly 1,000 organizations through his roles at EpiOn and Ernst & Young, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders across a wide range of industries. His experience spans entrepreneurship, strategic planning, technology leadership, and operational improvement, giving him a unique perspective on how technology can create a true competitive advantage when aligned with business goals. Today, Don serves as Managing Partner of EpiOn, where he leads the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations. He is passionate about helping organizations move beyond viewing technology as a cost center and instead use it as a catalyst for growth, innovation, and business resilience. Beyond his work at EpiOn, Don is deeply involved in his community. He serves as a shepherd within his local church and has contributed his leadership to numerous nonprofit and community boards, including serving in chairman roles. He is committed to investing in both people and organizations that make a lasting impact. Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time with his family, supporting community initiatives, and helping business leaders navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with growth and technological change.
